Our thorough Yoga Alliance-approved program includes:

  • The history of yoga

  • Yoga postures (asanas) with a focus on alignment and accessibility

  • Anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics

  • Subtle anatomy - prana, chakras, koshas

  • Pranayama - breathing practices

  • Mindfulness and meditation

  • Yoga philosophy, including the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the Bhagavad Gita

  • Ayurveda

  • Teaching methodology and sequencing

  • The business of yoga

Tuition

$3,350.

A $500 non-refundable registration deposit is due within one week of acceptance into the program. 

Early bird: $300 discount if paid in full by 6/30/2025.

Program cost includes:
        - Teacher Training Manual
        - Unlimited membership for the duration of the training

        - Required reading books
        - Yoga Alliance certification fees

The application is the first step in the enrollment process and does not guarantee a place in the training. After submitting your application, please keep an eye on your email for details about reviewing the Policies, completing the Enrollment Agreement, and submitting your Registration Deposit, all of which must be completed to hold your spot in the program.

Meet your lead trainer

Cassandra Sullivan, E-RYT500, C-IAYT

Cassandra is the owner of Tria Yoga. She teaches inclusive alignment-based yoga, restorative, yin, and meditation with a grounded presence and lighthearted playfulness.

FAQs and Policies

  • We will focus on both alignment-based and vinyasa flow styles of yoga in the Krishnamacharya lineage. This training will also include restorative, yin, and chair yoga.

  • We recommend at least one year of consistent yoga practice so that you will get the most out of this training. This program is both for those who want to deepen their practice and for those who may want to teach.

    If you are new to Tria Yoga, we recommend that you attend a few classes at the studio before enrolling to get a feel for our studio and teaching style.

  • Yes! We require 100% attendance to graduate and receive a certificate of completion from our program. Make-up sessions can be scheduled if necessary for an additional cost.

  • The $500 registration deposit is non-refundable.

    An applicant who submits written notice of cancellation before the program begins is entitled to a refund of all money paid less the non-refundable $500 registration fee.
